Vendor Application

Below is the Vendor and Bag Insert Application.

Being a vendor is a terrific opportunity to market and sell your products to a captive audience of pre-screened women who are looking for products to serve their life, family and business. All vendors are on an application basis. Vendors must align with the values and mission of Illuminated Woman.

  • The Illumination boutique is open for eight hours during the two day event.
  • Lunch is served onsite and near the boutique.
  • There is exclusivity for vendor types with a maximum of two booths per industry.
  • Vendors receive an 8′ x 5′ space. Booths include one 6′ table and upon request, vendors can have electricity, wireless internet and two chairs.
  • Vendors will also receive 25% off up to four tickets to attend the event. This discount may be applied to a maximum of two VIP tickets. The discount applies to the regular price of tickets only.
  • Vendors are required to donate an item for the door prizes and an item for the Spark award, which is our Illuminated Woman of the Year award.

Investment: $395 by January 10; $495 after January 10. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due by January 10. The remaining amount is due by February 10. When paid in full, vendors receive a $50 discount. However, vendor spots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis of the vendors who have been approved to participate. Vendor spots are only held with a deposit.

  • Bag Inserts– All attendees to Illuminated Woman will receive a gift bag. You can include a one page ad or product sample in our attendee bags gaining instant exposure and brand awareness to every woman at the conference. Value: $495. Your Cost: $295
  • Booth and Bag–Vendors can have a booth and insert an item in the bags for a package price of $595.
  • VIP Gift Bag Products– A select number of vendors will be chosen to feature their products in our VIP gift bags. Product are recommended to be a minimum of $10.00 retail value. We will select a limited number of products for the VIP bags, so if you would like to be featured please get your applications in early.
