Angela Johnson - Rainmaker
Angela’s purpose is to make a difference on the planet through empowering women. If you want to change a community, you start with empowering and educating the women.
Angela is an entrepreneur with several businesses that are all geared to making a difference for women and conscious entrepreneurs. As business strategist and coach, Angela works with conscious entrepreneurs so their purpose aligns 100% with their business.
Angela has also been planning parties since she was a little girl so it’s only natural that she loves producing transformational events. In addition to Ignite Your Spark, Angela produces events for Thrive Events, Biz Divas as well as coaches entrepreneurs on how to produce events that make a difference.

Richard Timothy: Communications Manager (Supportive Hubby)
Richard Timothy
Richard is the calm support behind all of the estrogen. As Angela’s hubby, he sees the ins and outs of producing transformational events and is the grounding rod behind the scenes.
He is a wordsmith master and he knows how to use all of the remotes lying around too! (Why does it take four remotes to operate the TV anyway?)
Rich’s wit, humor and compassion make him the top choice for wordsmithing the Ignite Your Spark message. Rich is a professional technical writer, novelist, author and blogger.
Tami Cummings: Vendor Relations (Relationship Master)
Corporate queen, entrepreneur, mother, wife, and women’s empowerment advocate don’t begin to encompass the vast array of Tami’s expertise.
Tami lends her professional background and passion for empowering women to the Ignite team. As the manager for all of our vendors, Tami takes care of our precious, carefully, hand-selected vendors.
Patrice Fairbanks: (Tour Guide)
Patrice Fairbanks
Patrice loves to travel. And she loves taking YOU on guided tours. Patrice manages all of Ignite’s out-of-town travel details and coordinates the travels of our amazing staff and speakers for the event.
Her business, “Gratitude Tours” are the focus of her business, taking tourists to historical sites and then teaching the significance of gratitude in what took place there. Another part of the gratitude tours is to have a group of tourists also perform service projects as part of each tour.
Patrice is the mother of six and grandmother to 14 with whom she loves to lead them to destinations all over the world.
Tina Metcalf: Volunteer Director (Mama Bear)
Tina Metcalf
Tina is a trainer, speaker and loves facilitating miracles with people. She brings out the best in everyone and her love to organize people to accomplish the common goal will lead our volunteer staff to support the breakthroughs that will happen at Ignite.
Tina has owned her own business for over 15 years while mothering three boys! Currently she is a rep for the largest provider of telecommunication services for households and businesses.
Christi Richards: Logistics Director (Planning Goddess)
Christi has created, produced and managed events. She is the planner, organizer, and logistics master for Ignite.
Christi created a successful career in Mary Kay where got to see women transform every day. Her experience is a natural fit for the transformational goals of of Ignite.
As a wife and mother of three, Christi brings the needs of moms to the Ignite format.
