Volunteer Application

Be an integral part of the movement and attend the event at the same time! Volunteer spots are filled on an application basis.

If you would like to be part of making a difference for women now and for generations to come, you are invited to apply for a volunteer position. Volunteers get to be part of the behind-the-scenes and onsite magic.

Volunteer Guidelines:

  • Help promote the event through email and social media.
  • Professional, friendly, committed attitude.
  • Volunteers are required to give five hours of pre-event or post-event help.
  • Volunteers purchase their GA ticket for $50. Volunteers attend the event with added responsibilities, which are very important to ensure a smooth event. They are assigned to a station throughout the event, which will occupy approximately three hours per day. The rest of the time you will be a regular attendee.
  • Volunteers will be part of a morning meeting each day and a post-summary meeting each evening. Volunteer check-in each morning is at 8:00 a.m. Volunteers must be onsite in the meeting space ready to go by 8:00 a.m.
  • Dress is business casual; a specific color dress code will be set for each day. Volunteers will also be identified by special name tags.
  • Volunteers are required to attend a staff meeting 30 days prior to the event and a meeting the day prior to the event. Each meeting will be approximately 60-90 minutes.

There will be a mandatory volunteer meeting 30 days prior to and the day prior to the event. You will have plenty of notice of these meetings. Do you foresee any problem in attending this meeting? If maybe or yes, please explain.
